Inviting Stillness Winter Retreat - December 13th-15th. Join us at the beautiful Galilee Centre in Arnprior for a winter wellness retreat to foster calm and inward connection before entering the bustle (or stillness!) of the holiday season. Multiple yoga, mindfulness and meditation sessions round out your therapeutic experience consisting of acupuncture, massage and holistic healthcare sessions.

Partake in wellness workshops, hike (or snow-shoe/ski if we have snow!) in old growth forest – make this weekend what YOU need! Registration includes a minimum of 5 yoga and meditation sessions, 2 acupuncture treatments, one private massage, optional wellness talks/discussion, private room with shared bath for 2 nights and 5 delicious meals!


Complete the form below to register BY October 15th for the early bird rate of $460 ($230 claimable under extended health coverage). After October 15th, cost is $530. To finalize your registration, please send your deposit of $230 via EMT to info@ahimsanaturopathic.com using the password 'retreat'.

Remaining payment will be due on arrival at Galilee, at which time your receipts will be given for health insurance purposes. Please note, cancellations received by November 15th will be reimbursed minus a $50 documentation fee. After this, reimbursement isn't possible.
