Monica graduated in 2005 from the Massage Therapy program at Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto, Ontario. She began her career as a Massage Therapist in the GTA and relocated to Ottawa in 2008. In the summer of 2014, Monica moved to the Merrickville area.
Monica has experience treating clients for a variety of ailments, including but not limited to, stress management and repetitive strain and sports injuries utilizing a variety of pain management and relaxation treatments. She has taken specialized training in deep tissue massage, structural myofascial release therapy, K-taping and active isolated stretching.
Monica enjoys guiding people on the road to healthier bodies and pain free living through massage and remedial exercises. She strongly believes that Massage Therapy is an important tool which enables people to take control of their overall health and wellbeing.

Sue was drawn to the study and practice of Reiki 15 years ago, and at that time completed the Third Degree or advanced level training. Yoga Teacher Training rekindled Sue's interest in Reiki; she went on to complete the Master /Teacher level training and become a Registered Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association.
